A NOTE OF THANKS FROM LIZ

Thanks very much for a great send-off!  The friendship, gifts, and messages on the card at Julie’s Potluck touched me deeply.  I was so lucky in Retirement #1 to to offer part-time support over almost a year (with Sandy McAuley) with the Centre for Education Research (CER) and then as part-time Coordinator of Graduate Studies for the last 2 years. It will be wonderful to keep the thread of connection as an Adjunct faculty member in Retirement #2. I am going to single out Cathy Hennessey for particular thanks as a wonderful administrative assistant in my work with Graduate Studies.

If you plan to come to the Strawberry Social July 9th (see link to an info sheet), please RSVP to etownsend@upei.ca to help me plan.

🙂  liz
