LAST BEdK COHORT FINISHES UP CLASSES

On Saturday February 22nd the last Kindergarten cohort finished the Bachelor of Education/K program at our Faculty. What an accomplishment for the Faculty of Education! I would like to sincerely thank all of the Faculty members, Sessional instructors, and Staff that made this program possible.

This amazing group of students, along with their peers of the first cohort (who finished in July) has shown a tremendous passion for teaching and learning. We couldn’t t have better K teachers in our province.

CongratulationS to all of them and to our Faculty! Eighty-five Bachelor of Education/Kindergarten graduates will be walking on the stage in May 2014.

PINK SHIRT DAY – 26-FEB-2014

National Pink Shirt Day in support of anti-bullying awareness is Wednesday, 26-Feb-2014.  Support campus efforts to spread awareness of this important cause by wearing pink on Wednesday.  It is a small gesture to show the world that bullying will not be accepted.

Don’t be a bully. Don’t even be a bully to bullies. That just makes more bullies.  ~~Kid President

Have a great week everybody 🙂
