Tickets on the travel voucher will be available tomorrow, 29-Jan-2014. Tickets will support our International & Indigenous Specializations, and be available from specialization students, or in the main office (Memorial 402). Tickets are $20 and only 600 will be sold. Support our students with your purchase, and start planning where you might go if you win!

2014 TRI-NATIONS EDUCATION CONFERENCE (March 29-30, 2014)
The 2014 Tri-Nations Education Conference — Internationalization in Education: Its Nature, Challenges and Possibilities in an Increasingly Globalized World, will be held March 29-30, 2014 in Vancouver, BC. The conference is intended to encourage research exchange and collaboration on topics of importance to educators from around the world, but especially of interest in the Asia-Pacific Region. Paper and presentation proposals are invited in any area related to the overall theme of the conference. Proposals can be submitted by 16-Feb-2014 at http://trinations.educ.ubc.ca

NEW ASSISTANT TO THE DEAN
Karen-Anne O’Halloran is the new Assistant to the Dean! She is hesitant to move because when snacks come to the office they often go on her desk (true story), but eventually she will make her way into Memorial 403.
