“TIM TALK” PHOTOS

As part of International Education Week, Dr. Tim Goddard presented a “Tim Talk” on  “International Education: Global Life in Local Spaces.”  The presentation, covering the questions and challenges of internationalization on campus, was very well received.  We are pleased to share these images from the event.

Congratulations to colleagues on these recent publications:

• Jane Preston, Lyndsay Moffatt, Sean Wiebe, Sandy McAuley, Barb Campbell and Martha Gabriel had their article “The use of technology in Prince Edward Island (Canada) high schools: Perceptions of education leaders” published in Educational Management Administration & Leadership.
• Jane Preston co-authored an article entitled “Mentorship in the teaching practicum: partners’ perspectives” in International Journal of Learning, Teaching and Educational Research.
  
• The Handbook of Canadian Research in Initial Teacher Education features two chapters co-authored by UPEI Faculty of Education colleagues!  Jane Preston and Basil Favaro are among the authors of the chapter “Issues in Indigenous Initial Education: Canadian Perspectives.”  As well, Ron MacDonald was co-author of the chapter “Initial Teacher Education in Atlantic Canada.” The handbook is available on the website for the Canadian Association for Teacher Education.
