HOLIDAY DONATIONS FOR FAMILY IN NEED

Donations are very slowly coming in for our family in need.  Please help us raise money to help make the financial pressures of Christmas a wee bit easier for this student’s family (a full-time student and single parent of a small child), by dropping your donation off to the Admin Office (MH 402).  A jar has been set up for collection.

Due to a lack of  interest, energy, festivity, time, the door decorating challenge has been cancelled for this year.  We regret not getting the Door Knob Award back, not having an excuse to celebrate our win with eggnog, any inconvenience to creative spirits with great door plans.  Please save your award winning ideas for next year.

STEM 2014 CONFERENCE – JULY 12-15 – UNIVERSITY OF BRITISH COLUMBIA

The International Conference of STEM in Education invite proposals from educators, academics, education officers, industry partners, graduate and undergraduate students for papers, poster presentations, panels, workshops, symposia, and innovative showcases.  Author guidelines and details of the conference are available on the conference website.  Due to the holiday break, the Call for Papers deadline has been extended to 15-Jan-2014.
